Adult's Tennis Fitness Class Sat 11am

These classes will be delivered by a qualified tennis coach over 6 weeks beginning Sat 21st Feb. Classes will comprise of a combination of exercises focusing on developing cardiovascular fitness, strength, agility and balance and are specifically designed to improve your tennis game. The format will be circuit training and will take place outdoors with a maximum class size of 12. Classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and all levels of tennis capabilities. Make sure you bring your tennis racket!
